How It Works
Price on the Phone
You tell us what you've got. We give you a range before anyone drives anywhere.
We Confirm on Arrival
We confirm the quote when we see the load. If it matches what you described, we start. The number on the invoice is the number we told you.
We Haul It All
Everything quoted goes in the truck. When we leave, the space is clear and the job is closed.
About Shed Removal in Oswego
Do I need to empty the shed before you remove it?
No. We take the shed and everything inside it. If you want to keep any of the contents, pull them out before we arrive. Everything left inside goes in the truck.
Can you remove a shed that has collapsed or is heavily damaged?
Yes. Collapsed or damaged sheds are standard for us. We break down whatever is left of the structure and haul all the debris. Condition does not matter.
Do you remove the concrete pad or foundation too?
Concrete pad removal is a separate item. Let us know when you call and we will include it in the quote. We can usually handle it in the same visit, but it changes the scope of the job.

Shed Removal in Oswego: Demo, Haul, Done
Oswego sheds are mostly from the 2000s construction era: vinyl, metal, and standard pressure-treated lumber that meets current environmental standards. Clean removals are the norm here. We demolish, clear the slab or gravel pad if needed, and haul.
Shed removal is demolition and haul combined. We take the structure down, break it into loadable sections, and haul the debris. You do not need to do any prep work before we arrive. We bring what we need to take it down.
Pre-2004 Treated Lumber: What to Know
Pressure-treated lumber manufactured before 2004 was treated with chromated copper arsenate, a compound containing arsenic. That material cannot be burned, it disposes differently than standard construction lumber, and its presence changes how we handle and price the job. Sheds built before approximately 2004 have a real chance of containing this material, especially in the floor framing and posts.
We assess the construction before demolition starts. If we see pre-2004 treated lumber, we tell you before anything gets torn down. It affects the price and the disposal method, and you deserve to know that going in rather than finding out on the invoice.
The Concrete Pad Question
Most sheds sit on a concrete slab or a gravel pad. The slab does not come out automatically as part of shed removal. If you want the pad removed, that is a separate scope item and we price it separately. If you want it left in place, we clear the structure and leave the slab. Tell us what you want before we start and we include it in the quote.
