"The price changed after the truck showed up. I'd taken the whole day off."
— What we hear from almost every new customerWe Built Our Business Around That Complaint
Bait-and-switch pricing and no-show crews are the two things people hate most about junk removal. So those are the two things we refuse to do. You get a price on the phone. We show up when we said. That number doesn't change at the door.

How It Works
Price on the Phone
You tell us what you've got. We give you a range before anyone drives anywhere.
We Confirm on Arrival
We confirm the quote when we see the load. If it matches what you described, we start. The number on the invoice is the number we told you.
We Haul It All
Everything quoted goes in the truck. When we leave, the space is clear and the job is closed.
Garage Cleanout in Aurora, IL
Garages do not get cluttered all at once. They get cluttered over years of things going in that were never supposed to stay. The reason to deal with it now is almost never the garage itself. It is the car that needs to fit in there, the project that cannot start until the space is clear, or the house going up for sale. We can make the space usable again.
What We Remove
- Power tools, hand tools, and tool chests
- Lawnmowers, snowblowers, and outdoor power equipment
- Tires and automotive parts
- Bicycles, scooters, and sports equipment
- Metal shelving units and storage systems
- Furniture and appliances that ended up in storage
- Holiday decorations, boxes, and household overflow
- Scrap metal and miscellaneous hardware
What Cannot Go on the Truck (and Where It Actually Goes)
Most garages have at least a few things we cannot legally haul: old paint cans, motor oil, pesticides, propane tanks, and pool chemicals. These are household hazardous waste and require specific disposal. Kane County operates a permanent household hazardous waste drop-off on Fabyan Parkway in Geneva. DuPage County Health Department runs collection events throughout the year. Both are free for county residents. We identify hazardous items during the job, set them aside, and tell you exactly what to do with each one. Everything else leaves on our truck.
Small Engine Equipment
Lawnmowers, snowblowers, and other gas-powered equipment need fuel drained before disposal. A mower with gas in the tank cannot go on a truck with other items. We can drain small engines on site, or you can do it before we arrive. Equipment in working condition is sometimes donated to local tool exchange programs. If your mower runs but you are replacing it, let us know and we will check whether it qualifies for donation rather than the scrap pile.
What Affects the Price
Volume is the primary driver, but weight matters too. Scrap metal and concrete blocks are heavy relative to their size. A single-car garage with some boxes and equipment is a short job. A two-car garage packed floor to ceiling with 20 years of accumulation is a bigger one. We give you a range based on what you describe and confirm when we see it.

About Garage Cleanout
Can you take old paint cans and chemicals?
No. Paint, solvents, pesticides, motor oil, and other chemicals are household hazardous waste. Kane, DuPage, and Will counties all have drop-off programs for these items u2014 events and permanent facilities. Latex paint that is fully dried and solidified can often go in regular trash. We will tell you which items to handle separately and then clear everything else.
Can you remove car batteries, tires, and automotive fluids?
No, but the drop-offs are fast and usually free. Auto parts stores (AutoZone, O'Reilly, Advance Auto) take car batteries and motor oil at no charge. Tire shops take tires for a small fee. Once those specific items are handled, we haul everything else.
Do I need to pull everything out before you arrive?
No. We load directly from where items sit u2014 shelves, corners, piled in the center of the floor. Just tell us what you want to keep and we work around it. Nothing has to be moved or staged ahead of our arrival.
How long does a garage cleanout take?
A single-car garage with moderate accumulation is typically 1 to 2 hours. A packed two-car garage is a half-day or more. When you call and describe what you have, we can give you a realistic time estimate along with the price range.
