"The price changed after the truck showed up. I'd taken the whole day off."

— What we hear from almost every new customer

We Built Our Business Around That Complaint

Bait-and-switch pricing and no-show crews are the two things people hate most about junk removal. So those are the two things we refuse to do. You get a price on the phone. We show up when we said. That number doesn't change at the door.

How It Works

Price on the Phone

You tell us what you've got. We give you a range before anyone drives anywhere.

We Confirm on Arrival

We confirm the quote when we see the load. If it matches what you described, we start. The number on the invoice is the number we told you.

We Haul It All

Everything quoted goes in the truck. When we leave, the space is clear and the job is closed.

Construction Debris Removal in Aurora, IL

Renovation projects generate more debris than almost anyone plans for, and contractors are there to build, not haul. By the third day of a kitchen demo, the driveway is full of drywall, the garage has stacks of old flooring, and the project cannot move forward until the mess moves out. We haul construction debris during a project or after it is done, and we work around the job schedule rather than creating a new scheduling problem.

What We Remove

  • Drywall and plaster from walls and ceilings
  • Lumber, framing scraps, and trim pieces
  • Flooring: hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, and carpet
  • Concrete, brick, and masonry rubble
  • Roofing materials: shingles, underlayment, and decking boards
  • Fiberglass batt and blown-in insulation
  • Cabinets, vanities, and fixtures pulled in a remodel
  • Windows, doors, and associated framing
  • Pallets, cardboard, foam, and project packaging

Weight Drives the Price More Than Volume Does

Construction debris is priced differently than a household cleanout because the materials weigh so much more. A half-truckload of concrete can cost more than a full truck of drywall. Tile, brick, and masonry are in their own category. When you call, tell us specifically what types of materials you have, not just how many bags or piles. That detail changes the estimate significantly.

Pre-1980 Homes: The Asbestos Question

If your home was built before 1980, some building materials may contain asbestos. Popcorn ceilings, 9x9 vinyl floor tiles, pipe insulation wrap, and certain drywall joint compounds were commonly manufactured with asbestos-containing materials before restrictions took hold. We do not haul asbestos-containing materials. If your project involves removing these materials, they need to be tested by a licensed inspector and handled by a certified abatement contractor before general debris removal can happen. Illinois EPA has specific requirements for asbestos disposal in renovation projects. If you are unsure whether your materials are affected, get them tested before the demo starts.

Mid-Project vs. Final Haul

You do not have to wait until the project is completely done. We can haul mid-project to keep the work area clear and reduce trip hazards. Some jobs benefit from two hauls: one during demo week and one at the end for final cleanup. Tell us how the project is timed and we will plan around it.

Common Project Types

  • Kitchen and bathroom remodels
  • Basement finishing or waterproofing projects
  • Roof replacement and shingle tearoff
  • Whole-home flooring replacement
  • Full gut renovation or house flip
  • Commercial tenant improvement buildout

We serve Aurora, Naperville, Batavia, Geneva, and the Fox Valley. Same-day and next-day availability is common for residential projects.

About Construction Debris Removal

Should my contractor be handling debris removal, not me?

It depends on what your contract says. Some contractors include debris removal in their quote; many do not. Before any project starts, confirm in writing whether hauling is included. If it is not u2014 or if the contractor left a mess u2014 we handle it.

Can you take concrete, brick, and tile?

Yes, but heavy materials like concrete, brick, and tile are priced differently than drywall and lumber because of the weight. Describe what you have when you call and we will give you an accurate range. Mixing heavy and light debris in the same load is fine u2014 we sort it on our end.

Do I need a permit or dumpster placement approval to use your service?

No. Because we load directly into our truck at your property, there is no dumpster sitting in your driveway or on the street. No permit needed, no scheduling a drop-off and pickup, and you do not do any of the loading.

Is there anything from a renovation you cannot take?

We cannot take asbestos-containing materials. Homes built before 1980 may have asbestos in insulation, floor tiles, ceiling tiles, and pipe wrap. If you have disturbed any of those materials, get them tested before we come out u2014 asbestos abatement requires licensed removal. We also cannot take materials soaked in chemicals or petroleum.
