Pallet Racking Removal

Industrial pallet racking comes down in a specific sequence. Wire decking and shelf boards first, then cross beams from the top down, then uprights. Uprights are anchored to the concrete floor and the anchors need to be properly removed or ground flush. Taking the system down out of order creates a safety hazard and damages the hardware. We follow the correct sequence on every racking job. If the system looks like it might have resale value, used racking has active buyers in the Chicago metro area. Hazardous Materials in Industrial Spaces

Warehouses and manufacturing facilities accumulate regulated materials that cannot go on our truck. Drums of solvents, lubricants, industrial chemicals, and materials classified as hazardous under Illinois EPA or federal RCRA regulations require a licensed hazardous waste contractor and proper manifest documentation. We do general cleanout work after or alongside that process.
