By requesting service from Aurora IL Junk Removal, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before booking.

Services

Aurora IL Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services for residential and commercial customers in the Aurora, IL metro area. We remove furniture, appliances, construction debris, estate cleanouts, and similar items. We do not remove hazardous materials, biohazardous waste, asbestos, ammunition, or items prohibited by applicable law or regulation.

Service Area

We primarily serve Aurora, North Aurora, Naperville, Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, Sugar Grove, Montgomery, Oswego, Warrenville, and surrounding communities in Kane, DuPage, and Kendall Counties, Illinois. We may decline or surcharge service requests outside our standard service area.

Pricing and Payment

We provide an estimated price range based on the information you describe over the phone or in your quote request. The final price is confirmed on-site before work begins, based on the actual volume and type of material. If the actual load differs materially from what was described, the price will be adjusted and communicated to you before we proceed.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. We do not charge your payment method until service is complete and the final price has been confirmed.

Cancellations and Reschedules

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 4 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice may be subject to a trip charge of up to $75, at our discretion, to cover crew time and fuel already committed to your job.

Same-Day Availability

Same-day service is offered when scheduling permits. We do not guarantee same-day availability. We will communicate estimated arrival windows when your appointment is confirmed. Arrival times are estimates and may be affected by prior jobs, traffic, or weather.

Prohibited Items

We cannot remove the following items regardless of the circumstances:

  • Hazardous materials including asbestos, lead paint that is loose or friable, motor oil in bulk quantity, and chemical drums
  • Biohazardous or medical waste
  • Ammunition, explosives, or firearms
  • Items the customer does not have the right to dispose of

If prohibited items are discovered after arrival, we will remove all other agreed-upon items and you remain responsible for payment for the work completed.

Property Access and Damage

You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has safe and legal access to the items being removed. We take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property during removal. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for damage to surfaces that are not visible before we begin removal, or for structural issues revealed during the removal of items. Any damage concerns must be raised before we leave the job site.

Disposal

We dispose of removed items through licensed waste haulers, recycling facilities, and donation partners. We donate items in usable condition when possible. We do not guarantee donation of specific items. We do not guarantee that your items will not be landfilled.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service appointment is limited to the amount you paid for that appointment. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kane County, Illinois.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
